I.E.D Installations designed, supplied,
installed tested and commissioned the

full electrical installation works at
Acre Mill Huddersfield. Working in

co-ordination with John Turner
construction and Jefferson Sheard
architects, we installed a complete

system to suit the client’s needs and
requirements.

Works carried out

included, but were not limited to:-

New LV distribution system and main

switch panel, new 150kVa standby
generator, new 8kVa UPS system,

complete small power and lighting
installation, new emergency lighting

control system, new fire alarm system,
new data installation network,

new staff attack and nurse monitoring

system, new intruder alarm system,
new CCTV and Access control system.

Construction works were completed
within programme restraints.

The projects’ aims were:

Refurbishment of Redundant

Mill building into new NHS offices

and walk in centre

Provide new modern facilities

for staff and patients and
Huddersfield and Calderdale trust
