This project consisted of a new manually
controlled lighting scheme throughout the IED were appointed as the preferred
electrical contractor for this project for the
property. The lighting was protected by new
switchgear and tested completely to the IEE services required under the formal tender
process.
(BS7671) regulations.
This project was part of a scheme to provide
Mains Distribution independent living for the elderly across
Cheshire.

This site provided 71 apartments comprising
of living room, kitchen, bedroom and toilet /
Emergency Lighting en suite.
LV Power
Within the communal areas they had shared
facilities such as lounge areas, hairdressers,

shops, restaurant, laundry and external seating
areas.
