LIVERPOOL UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS 5th FLOOR REFURBISHMENT

This project had a value of £270,000 and was completed in December 2020.

We had the electrical Lighting & Power, Flooring, Decorations and Finishes, Joinery, Data Packages.

The Programme was a 4 Week Turn round to Strip out 40 Offices, of all Decorations, lighting & Power, Floors, perimeter Benches containing Gas and Water, then removal of all Lab equipment dispose away from site whilst working through live offices and Corridors.

We re-decorated all 40 rooms painting the Ceilings, re-lay the Floor and re-wired the Lighting in Power changed all Office data and Corridor Lighting and tested on Completion.
