IED were appointed as the main Contractor
for the refurbishment works upon conclusion
of a formal tender process. The works were
undertaken in the administrative wing of a
‘live’ hospital in accordance with the strict
safety protocols demanded by such an
environment.
The works consisted:
Electrical & mechanical
service isolations.
Internal demolition & strip
out of existing finishes.
Complete overhaul of existing
sliding sash windows
Construction of new internal
partitions & dry lining.
Upgrade existing heating
system
New lighting, power & data
to suit new configuration
New internal doors, frames,
architraves & skirtings.
New internal doors, frames,
architraves & skirtings.
New suspended modular
ceilings.
New floor finishes throughout..
Decoration
IED also installed new office fixtures &
fittings, shelving, storage and new blinds.
