HR DEPARTMENT
IED successfully negotiated a fast track
internal refurbishment project for the
existing HR department on the basis of
competitive costing and delivery capability.
The works consisted:
Isolation of light, power,
data and alarm systems.
Internal demolition & strip
out of existing finishes,
fixtures & fittings
Removal of existing modular
ceilings
Plaster repairs to existing walls
Full rewire of existing lighting
system & installation of new
CAT 2 luminaires
Install new kitchen to
HTM 63 & 71 standards
Repair / replace doors &
frames as necessary
Install new modular grid ceiling
Install new vertical blinds
Lay new carpet / vinyl flooring
throughout
Upon handover IED worked closely with
the department to install additional small
power & data requirements to suit the new
office layout.
